I would give her a few days of sustained growth and flip. Given her age, she probably has more growth in the roots than above soil. I had PH issues with one of my plants again after my switch to 12/12. Same one as usual.
Lost some leaves and stunted her growth, but all is well again. Buds are...
One week into bloom and looking good ;). This plant was looking real bad 18 days ago and now is doing very well after some helpful direction and info provided here and on this site. Thanks everyone!
Hey, (stalking from other thread) did you say that she's 60 days Veg on water only? You just transplanted recently before the switch from LED, right? So, this soil is fresh around the starter size? I would put that air pot on a rack or something to let air under it and drain better. See if it...
An update on my end. The Ww seems to have adjusted to the 5Gal and has taken off! I think the Pineapple's may not bloom though. Next time - air pots . I have been subtracting 2hrs of light every 2 days and will be on 12/12 this weekend. (Another one of THOSE topics - gradually or sudden...
Yeah, that too - LOL. I posted that it was w/f out of sched last week somewhere above when asking about some spotting, but the roots stunk when I transplanted - so just going by other's experiences I've read about with pots being too small and the roots stopping drainage. (this poor thing has...
Just a Newbie Update: My White Widow girl is on verge of dying . She was planted 2 weeks before other 2 and her roots took over the 3gal pot. And the cheap-ass pot was contouring to the uneven surface they are on, causing a drainage issue (besides being almost root-bound). I transplanted...
Hey folks... gotta dilemma. I think I'm stressing the girls out. The caretaker feed twice this week and watered out of schedule - right after last weeks LED mod and WATT increase. I trimmed a few leaves and noticed some spotting. (They were raised by CFL, switched to 2 COBs@100W for 10 days@26"...
I would only say that if money is the immediate issue, 600W-1000WHPS is the cheapest, easiest way to get the job done. It's proven technology and has been in use since the '70's. (Commercially available in 1964). LED/COBs require more upfront capital, but they PROBABLY won't require the added...
The 100W DIY Timber Grow Light is a nice start for a COB @$235 for 2 plants. I replicated it using AMD Heatsinks and active cooling. I loved the results (in less than a week) that I bought 2 more CXB3950's and a 250W driver to drive all 4 COBS :weed:
I don't how much longer I should veg if I start clipping. These were sprouted in start-to-mid-Oct. 1 week apart. I feel they should be bigger for their age, but my COB was non-existent then ;-).
(T/H Hi/Lo are not accurate for actual environment... rearranging things :-).)(usually 45%-60% &...
Welcome aboard. I'm in the same boat. Newbie on first grow... <10 days to switch :peace:. You WILL develop a love for this very quickly once things get rolling :)
WIP: I wanted a 150Watt 2 cob CXB3590 and unfortunately the MeanWell driver I wanted was 6 week lead time APO and I had to purchase the TGL 100W example driver since Flowering is 2-3 weeks away :(. I should be okay with that and the 60W Cree 2700K light bar I made from Cree A19 household LED...
