yeah i was having heat problems in my flower cab with a bunch of cfls.... i used a big box fan in there pointing up and that keeps it nice and cool so if you have room try it.... or add more small fans i also use bottles of frozen water in front of the fan.. may not help much but i know it works...

the very tip doesnt HAVE to be pointed down, dont touch it for sure! it will go down naturally cuz of gravity with the position it is in the diagram just go straight down with it put some dirt over top of seed so the casing can get pulled off and you're good to go
