thank you sir. blue dream is my meat and potatoes strain and is whats pictured. its the clone only cali cut (as opposed to the hso or cali connection seed version.) i used dyna-gro veg and 1ml per gallon of thrive alive b1 all the way through this grow. these last couple grows have really...
yo dirty how goes the battle? i just chopped my 2nd indoor run with dyna-gro veg. the first grow were unfamiliar strains that i got from a buddy, but this run was some old trustys. i have some foliage pro that i'm going to try out next run.
that looks nice bro. what strain are you running? are you using sprayers? i have been feeding at 550pppm .5conversion(1.1ec) pretty much all the way through flower. did you begin by hitting them once per light cycle and increase to 3 times?
several rounds down with the sprayers and not a single problem to date. I have only been hitting them once a day thus far, next round might try multifeed.
i would certainly consider 80 degrees with with high humidity an adequate environment. its a better environment than mine probably. the flower room pictured is 75 and 55 rh. are you testing your runoff dirty?
the plants that i'm feeding dyna-gro to are getting 4ml in veg and 5ml in flower. i'm a relative noob to using it, but those levels seem to be working great for me. are you feeding everyday dirty? one little trick in coco that i picked up from a forum and can vouch for is: once the roots are...
hb you were right buddy. my meter was reading low. i bought a couple new meters and some calibration solution and tested everything and there it is. what i thought was .75 was actually like 1.1. a substantial difference. i've been using that thing for years and it has always been consistent but...
i include my tap in my total number. HB what kind of nutrient regimen were you using in coco? were you having good looking plants in veg? .7 seems relatively low compared to what im usually running, but maybe i'll back em down a little more.
there is definitely something about vegging in coco that i am just not getting. flowering goes great. on my two previous runs i grew dongs. weight was good. quality was good. the dg grow has em looking a little greener but i am getting a little leaf curl even feeding at what i consider really...
just to comment on the earlier post i made about the hg aquaflakes: i was having all kinds of trouble keeping my clones healthy looking in coco, however this is not the case in dwc(maybe because they're made for dwc lol).while they did not work well for me in coco they are doing great growing...
i have used pure perlite in cups before but lately been using coco/perlite mix since i have a bunch laying around. i still prefer rdwc but have been getting really good weight in the coco as well, even with some deficiencies along the way. the coco is straight up auto pilot once they're big...
theres a little bit of gravel rolling around in the bottom of my dyna-gro gallon. the stuff is working great. you guys think its anything to be concerned about. old nutes perhaps?
i use gh in all my rdwc set ups and i have had a lot of success using only the micro and bloom. 4:3 ratio micro to bloom until 2 weeks into flower and then just go lucas with it. i dont think anything with a higher K to N is going to be suited for coco.
its probably not as good as a digital but it seems to work fairly well. i just dial it in by observing the consumption out of the res with a stopwatch and set it accordingly. she ran like a champ for the duration last round. i'll tell ya what i have been liking is the dyna-gro grow. we'll see...
