Anyone have recomendations on the best budget drivers to power 3070's at a higher ma? Looking for something that has an output as high or higher than the mean well 1400's but is still cost effective. I don't care as much about power consumption or long lasting LED's since my power is a set fee...
I'd like to run them at 1400ma or higher. Maximizing lumens is important and I'm not too worried about power usage or burning the lights out as I'll replace them within the year with the next model up.

I'm planning on buying 4 Cree cxa 3070 AB bins and am looking for the best driver to power them. I know the Mean Well LPC-60-1400 will work well but I've heard there are cheaper drivers with higher effeciencies. Any recomendations?

I've got a large can fan that blows way too much air and is also too loud for my setup. I'm going to see what it sounds like on a dimmer and then decide if I need more fans.
