In case anyone's interested, I'm going simple, like last round...soil/soilless mix, with EWC, a bit of guano, and will be watering/feeding regularly, from the start, and am using up a bunch of GO nutes I've got kicking around. Maybe throw a bit of molasses in at a point, but thats about it...

And speaking of hash plant...these are some of the side branches from the lanky ones I had lurking in the back under the Apollo. Really low # of leaves, super hard, dense, frosty flowers. I harvested the top 1/2 of the plant a few days before. These were just ripening up a bit more before I...

Looking good, so far! Your plants sure are filling out nicely! I'm really enjoying my XGS...about 3 weeks to harvesting my first under this light. Its performed as well as I had expected.

I like the look of the flower under the XGS better. Its hard to tell which one is bigger...I'm betting on the XGS. Love the Hash Plant!

Still here...still growing away. Both sides have browning hairs, and are starting to smell up nicely. I've got the Apollo side plant right under the Apollo for the remaining 3 weeks, as my lovely hash plants finished up earlier this week, and I'm not ready to put anything else under there yet.

Its good to see the enthusiasm of new cuppers. I'm looking forward to this round...see what kind of madness ensues.

Germination window is 8-1 to 9-1, as per the rules. Hope that helps.

Good question...I would cede to the elders of the comps on this matter: hyroot, psuagro, or even the mod TKO, would be in a better position to answer this Q than I.

Bloody nice looking plants, m8. I agree with you on the "who cares where the lights are from if they grow dank" philosophy. I am of a similar mindset.

With a DWC, don't the roots hang down into the res? You see, the roots have to remain inside the cup...so a DWC may be a little impractical for this comp. Its neat to see everyone's ideas of how they're going to do this...but as TKO said, it is about 90% genetics with cups this small. I think...

Many tried various ways/medium of growing last round, and I assume in previous ones as well. The only rule I recall from last time was the entire rootball needed to be inside the cup, no extending outside.
