i am confused...are you trying to use a 600 watt bulb on a 1000 watt ballast that has been dimmed? Don't do that. Get 1000 watt bulbs and use the dimmer...also, it is probably 50% or 75% (doubt it dims 60%)
I know it is best to start in final pots with autos. If you have the space, the bigger the better. I have had pretty decent yields with ak47 auto, but not sure which breeder it was from.
Thats an awesome tip. It has been a few years since I have brewed anything, but cleaned my garage last week and found 3 of my glass carboys and some other things for it...Think I might have to just give everything a clean and get back at it. I had a pale ale that I used to brew that I named...
Cool little setup. Welcome to RIU. Do you keep your light that far away (picture 1)? You should try to move it closer if you can (Heat permitting). With a 250 watt, if you are cooling, you can have that plant pretty close, within a foot no problem.
Three posts total here and already getting negative...Not the best attitude when asking for help. Might want to think about that a bit. Your plant looks like shit. I am with donia on this one, too much water. MJ likes the roots to dry out a bit before watering...(That would be a guess though...
freezing it will preserve it if you are not making right away. Some say to dry it the freeze, others freeze wet. I think dry is nice because it is easiest the break the material into smaller pieces. The smaller the pieces, the easier it is to knock off the THC when mixing in ice
I like to find garbage cans that are square or rectangle. They fit in your grow room really well without wasting space....More soil = more roots = more buds.
It's Aliiiivvvvveeeeee. I don't do hydro other then rooting, but i transplant into soil once i have a decent amount of roots at least an inch or 2 long...
haha right. I am telling, it fits perfectly on the 2 gallon paint bucket. And...It come with a cake. how many humidity domes have you bought that comes with a cake?
i like General Organics stuff. I think the key if you are using filtered water is to make sure whatever line your using you don't forget or hold back on the cal/mag. Also, adding dolomite lime to your soil is a good idea. Helps balance the pH and will provide some of the cal/mag as well.
i struggled with cloning for years. I have tried tons of different ways but really have found that less is more (Or at least as good). Now i am small scale so I only need room for maybe 10 clones at most. Only thing i use is a 2 gallon paint bucket and lid, bubbler and air hose, the discs...
