Drying and curing in the dark..Really?

I guess you could say this is the traditional method in many areas of the world and been done for thousands of years. One thing is certain drying in daylight will give you a more golden brown to your nugs. I dry in this method part of the time and now mostly in a room of my house but still with...

    Flowering back to veg..info?/help

How far into flower is she? You will need to be patient with her to root well if you are far into flower. When she does start to grow again you are going to get all kinds of crazy growth so don't be concerned. You will probably have to do some pruning of branches to keep it managable. Good Luck

Later in your cycle will will have more of a chance of mold when they are not able to dryout drying the daytime. Are they in ground or containers? Doesn't matter if you feed them everyother day, your leaves are telling you it is in need of food. Once you learn to read what your leaves are telling the rest of growing is easy. Good Luck

    genetic question

I agree the hybrids are hard to breed with if your goal is producing a so called strain for breeding, although working with them gives such a diverse gene pool to explore. I think if I live to be 200 I couldn't find all the phenos in my current crosses but sure do love looking.

    The purplest of purple?

I haven't grown the jackberry, but yours looks great. It has a look of one of the El Monstre pheno I had a couple of years ago. Your pics make me want to find that again in my stack of seeds.

I agree Lady Cane is a strain I have been working with now for wow, I guess 4 years now. I started with Escobar's first release and have been breeding all the different phenos I have run into. My favorite pheno is now my F4 seeds but I currently went back to my original F2 to see what phenos I...

    anyone had these strains?

I grew out Lowryder 2 a few years ago. I had it in a rich composted soil, fed it with a manure tea, no problems. Really a very easy non fussy strain to grow.

    Paper towel method not working???

some seeds are much harder shelled than other, thereby requiring more time to crack. I am currently germing some colombian gold and lamsbread, 3rd day they are just cracking tonight. The shot glass is great for overnight, I do this on some of these harder shelled strains but for me I like them...

    Analyzing Strain Selection

No man you are correct in your thinking IMO. I feel sorry for the ones that just constantly grow the same or go through there strains so quickly that they can't set aside and build up a nice selection. I view my herb the same way as my red wines. Enjoy I know that I do.

probablly a newbie nute question but...

IMHO don't transplant, your plants still need N during flower. I don't have a clue about your soil I have never used it, so I have read good and bad, your choice. Feed you plants when they need it, keep your leaves green and happy. You can't expect to make great flowers from a starving plant...
