my #18 had a much lower number than those you just showed. mine said 573 (maybe even 57B) and they came in an envelope that was similar, but with a plastic tube that contained the seeds rather than those little baggies.

the humidity and moisture problem is why i decided to not cover my girls. if your plants cannot be moved to a dark room, at least uncover them once it's dark outside. you could easily end up with mold issues once those buds get bigger if you continue doing what you're doing.
