Grow Light Science is sending me a replacement light due to the gouged plastic. The driver has heatsink like fins on it's sides and that is what I believe gouged the plastic. The driver was covered by a foam sheet during shipment but the fins cut thru the sheet.

Higher power units could have superior PAR maps. It's possible that the higher wattage fixtures use more led bars or quantum boards.
