Light is about 12" away. There is a flan blowing over all the plants. The temps at the top of the plants is only 72 degrees. There are drainage holes in the cups, and when I water I see water drip out of the bottom.

Seedings are all 9 days old today. 600W HPS Temps 70-81 Fox Farms Ocean Forest Soil Currently watering once a day. They are growing very quickly and drink a lot. Any help be greatly appreciated.
