Just wondering if I could trim of the huge fan leaves to let the lower leaves get light or will this harm the plant.

I have had her in 12/12 for about 3 weeks and I think she is doing good but I am new to all this.How much longer should I let her bud and will she even be worth smoking since she has been through so much.

Just a quick update on my cheap cfl grow.Same leave after 3 days of growth.The flowering plant is the one I rescued from a house that was being demoed.

CFL Soft white.26watt Soft white = Flowering Daylight = Vegging

I suggest staying in veg for awhile longer.You should get at least 2 more bulbs.Personally I would say it's easier to move a vegging plant.If she is flowering and you move her she might come in close range with a male.You never know who is growing around you....Plant pictured is growing under cfl's.

I water every other day if the top inch of soil is dry.The temperature stays between 75 and 80 degree's.

Just curious what this problem might be and should I be worried.And also are my plant's looking good for 6 weeks under cfl's

Personally due to room size and heat bild up I say go for the cfl's.I use 4 cfl bulbs myself and haven't looked back as far as vegging is concerned.But for flowering HPS is the gold standered.CFL just can't produce the yield an hps or mh can.Plant in picture use's 2 cfl 6500k.

Just found numbers on the bulb and a search on google says it's an hps bulb.Since it's only 100 watss should i use it or my 4 cfl bulbs.
