I am on day 10 of flowering and the first pistils didn't appeared yet. Should I worry about it?

Yes Doc :) the fan has 950W and only it's contact point stopped working. I got a powerfull controller separate for the fan, it should fix the problem. Here are some pics from today.

I got another 2 lights yesterday, so now I have 2x3000w and 3x2000w Bestva leds. I am not sure if I should turn them to flowering already or wait a few days more, most of them have about 13-15cm long.
