I exhaust into a bathroom next too the room my tent is in..didn't even have to cut a hole just took out the little bathroom fan and just dump all my hot air in there ...hope that give's you some more idea's...good luck on your grow..

here is link too a fan controller that I use for my seeding/veg cab but it will not work with those type of fans your looking at...been using it for year now..two grows works great might get a backup..you can hook up four fans it is nice...

Some will say no but not 100% ture I veg 2-3 plants under 96W T5 4 bulbs for 6-8 weeks does fine...the only thing I saw veggin under my 400W or 600W MH/HPS is they grow alittle quicker but if you are not in a rush they will work just at a little slower rate IMO...hope that helps some

I got 6 inch 400 CFM for intake you think that is a good amount coming in?

I know it is overkill a little but thought with a filter and ducting better safe then sorry just use the fan on 50%-75% sit's at like 82F...
