Should I leave my lights on 18 hours when my autoflowereing plants start to flower, or should I cut the light schedule down to 12 on, and 12 off?

Titles say it all. I have a Black Widow autoflowering. Been using 16/8 LED light on it. Is this good? Suggestions?

My light cycle is 16/8. I use bottled water, or water from dehumidifier. I water about twice/week.
