my plant is in flowering it has been for bout 2 weeks or so my m8 said that i should cut it at the top to stop it from growing bigger but the buds will get bigger or something like that, is this true and if so how would i cut it ?? wb asap plz

i planted another seed and it sprouted out of the soil but instead of 2 little leaves is had 3 and the 1st set of bladed leaves are coming out and ther is 3 of them too is this ever hapen to any one and could u tell me if it is ok to grow it lol wb
