I think you have it all wrong man. Not trying to sound like a fan boy and there are surly a million different ways to grow with great results but for whatever reason the systems run better at those lower numbers they recommend. I'm not sure what system you're running but I doubt it's so much...

Yeah cultured solutions chart. Never used the high aeration feed chart though and am going to try it next round. Tops out at 350 ppm on 500 scale! Seems impossible but we'll see. I run over at thcfarmer too because it's the most active place I can find with rdwc, specifically current culture...

I'm in the current culture systems and in veg I've had 4" tall healthy plants with the ppm between 250-350 on the 500 scale. Look at their feed chat... sounds like your ppm is way too high for this system. Peak flowing gets like 650-700ppm

Never tried e juice, but I use my magical butter machine weekly. I make the dankest infused coconut oil (substitutes for butter) I use 4z sugar trim, 2 cups coconut oil, 2 tbsp sunflower lecithin and press the 1 hour button... 1/2 cup =50-90 STRONG doses So each batch =200-360 doses...
