Dude that MG soil is super hot. I stay clear of that stuff. My favorite soil is Roots organic. Probably in the same price range as MG. Few bucks more I think but its quality.

Some breeders ive tried and liked that were in the cheaper price range are Female, Vision, Kannabia, Humbolt, Emerald Triangle, and even had great luck with GHS In the past.

Possible over watering maybe.

I would consider maybe longer than two more weeks. Unless they just really take off and spread out before then.
