ok so i asked on a different thread how dry dry the soil out faster. One person said to put it out in the sun. Another said to replace the wet soil with dry soil and the replant shock would be quickly overcome. What says you?

hey guys heres my plant (pic attached) and i need to dry out the soil. how can i dry it out faster? Im using a Fluorescent bulb 13w Ottlite I overwatered it and i need to dry the soil out faster if possible because i thought it was thirsty and now its getting really bad. Any suggestions?

im assuming i can go to home depot or walmart garden center and tell them im looking for fertilizer with a 3-1-2 ratio and they will know what im talking about. and 1/4 strength, so like for every 3 part water i use 1 part fert?
