If the trics are cloudy that's fine. All the pistils should be browned. The trics should look swollen.

A 90 year old lady who never smoked weed before could get ripped on one bit hit. But no heavy user is going to get ripped on one hit. How much THC can you burn in one puff? Most users have a TOLERANCE that requires more weed to get high. You need a lot of weed to really get ripped.

Get a light meter and measure the FOOT CANDLES reaching the leaf. I'd guess you are LOW on light. Light needs INCREASE GREATLY during flowering. You should have 4,000 - 5,000 footcadles on those plants.

If you are growing in soil, try watering with a solution containing 2 TABLESPOONS of vinegar per gallon of water. Do that once or twice and recheck your PH.
