Mix is best, dominant on the 3000k though. I'm not "experienced" too much yet but from what I've learned the red spectrum from the 3000k is best for flowering.

Man this update was rough waiting for. I'm glad I didnt need to much help so far in the flowering stage. I had to change my whole setup essentially yesterday because of how big she is getting. I'd say around 2, 2.5 feet. I only topped her once but it's looking like I'm going to have three colas...
