I def recommend Lst when topping because in my experience the main shoots fly upwards unless trained to be even with your canopy. Lst everything, it's worth the extra work

Possibly heat stress 97% is pretty hot for those girls, I see you have a fan blowing on them. How about an exhaust fan to reduce heat? Just a thought.
