When is it best to to replant into bigger pots is it best to do it when the light comes on or when it's being turned off or does it not really matter?

Wondered if anyone could help I'm planning on growing in my cupboard. I was going to try a couple of autoflowers first using a 125w cfl light and will this be enough? Any advice on which nutes are best and nice strains etc would be appreciated

Hi I am planning on growing a couple of autoflowers, I'm new to this will one 125w cfl grow light be enough for two autoflowers and do I need to use both spectrums or can I get away with just using one? Any advice on the best strains an what nutes to use etc would also be much appreciated Cheers
