Balls Out First Grow(Whie Widow Scrog, 430w Son Agro Aircooled, DWC, CO2)

I got them from a friend that clains he doesn't remember where he got them. Was told they were feminized white widow. and it cost $250 for 30 seeds.

The WHITE WIDOW club, Show off your grow

I looked in great detail into this and came up with no definite answer. But the general consensus was it made no noticable difference and was quite a lot of work to keep track of with no noticable results. The only helpful trick I found was for the first day of flowering, to throw them into...

The WHITE WIDOW club, Show off your grow

i had the same issues with clones I cut 3 weeks into flowering. But if you keep it alive, it will usually just start right back up into normal growth out of nowhere. My flowered clones took 2 months for new growth to start and an additional month to get to growing normal leaves.

If pumps are warming your water, you may have to look at a new placement. Mine sit right next to my tub, and keep the water around 3F cooler than the air. If you can move your pumps to a cooler area, they will actually function as a poor mans res chiller. I was actually thinking of trying...

    The BubbleHead Gang

they are a little pricy, usually around $65, but well worth it in output, and are easily rebuildable by the owner(me). I have hooked 8 air stones to a single pump with good airflow through all 8, but that seems to be the max. They are also near silent and consume only 3w of electricity.

The WHITE WIDOW club, Show off your grow

I check in here every day, so I'll see it at least. I know I threw a ton of pics up a few pages back, but I just started a new batch in flowering a week ago, so I'll have more coming as well.

edited above, but if you missed it, I'm using 2 general hydroponics dual diaphram air pumps running those 8 stones. 4 stones per pump. I now have 4 of those pumps: 1 in my cloning tub, 2 for my flower tub, and 1 for my hydro mothers. It also seems that with this much air, res temps dont really...

    The BubbleHead Gang

I use RootTech Rooting gel. It came with a nutrient set I got. Doesnt seem like it does too much since the water in the tub seems to wash it of in a couple of hours. But then its in the water I guess. and both ways have never let me down, but I know I push more air than most people. The pic...

    plant prob with pics

looks like heat stress. You need to get those temps down and possibly raise the light. If this does not fix your problem, i'd say look into over watering or possibly even nutrient burn. If it were me, I'd flush the plant, re-fert, and get those temps under control pronto.

    Simple flushing questions

flushing should fix your problems. Make sure to let it dry when your done and before the next feeding. also recommend dolomite lime as part of your next soil mix to help keep the ph stable. Good luck.

    The BubbleHead Gang

There are 2 simple ways that have worked well for me. The first is using neoprene discs in your tub and no hydrotron or rockwool. This is how I do my clones. Make the cuttings just long enough to barely touch the top of the water and that you have enough air stones so that there is bubbles...

Balls Out First Grow(Whie Widow Scrog, 430w Son Agro Aircooled, DWC, CO2)

thanks. I'm pretty happy with the out come. I just know if I didnt make the mistakes I did, It would have been an even better harvest. But it was my first grow, so expecting it to go perfect is a little unrealistic. This second set going now has higher expectations though.

perlite is almost always a good idea for airation and drainage. 10%-20% is the normal mixing rate.

In just a week, the smell on my WW2 has come around good. The stone is settling in to a more mellow tone but the flavor is still pretty rough. My Blue Kushs have all reached the screen, Will start a new log when I have time.

Checked out the log. Looked like you were using the Technaflora set. I switched a little while back to the General Hydroponics Flora Series because i started going through those kit too fast when I switched to hydro. But they worked wel when I used them.l

hopefully your right. I just changed to using more flora micro instead of the reccomended mixin. It is now a 3micro: 1grow: and. 5bloom mix. the original was 3grow: 2micro: and 1bloom. and if it is a cal-mg then this should straiten it out.

I change my res weekly and keep the ph within .1 of 5.8 at all times. I have nice dark colored leaves, green healthy stalks, and bleach white roots. But random rust colored spots on mostly old but some new leaves as well. I just changed the ratios of my nutrient mix from the recomended(at half...

Dual Areoponic Cabinet, Ceramic Metal Halide

yeah, the clones are rooted and got moved to 12/12 a week ago. My RO filter is only 3-4 weeks old and only drops the ppm by 10. Thats f'ed up. I have High water pressure in my house. I wonder if that would make it less efficient? Now that i can check, I swaped 2 mothers over to a new ratio mix...
