I have used the Mars Hydro 450watt (green panel, which I still currently use for veg), I have also used the Mars Hydro II 700w side by side with my mates BlackDog 450w after I heard that they were the exact same light (Results were amazingly the same with only variance being a 7 grams lighter...

I have tried both cheap and high dollar LED lights and yes I got good smokable bud, but nothing compares to HID.....I use an Mars Hydro 450watt green panel to veg with as I do find it tightens up the nodes a little better, but I am back to ole faithful HID for bloom.

if you want cheap, then the Mars Hydro II 700watt is an option. They are the exact same thing as BlackDog 450watt just without the fancy CNC cut out on the vents.

depends on your budget, but the Mars Hydro LED lights are ok...they will not compete with HID but they still get the job done I would suggest the Mars II 750watt...(it is same thing as the BlackDog 450 and under half the price)

if you have a 6inch net pot and a plant is in the middle of that one, and you have another 6inch net pot and a plant in the middle of that net pot as well, then you have a plant spacing of ~6inches apart...these measurement would be best used in a Screen of Green (SoG) method to get accurate...

on an ebb n flow table, yes both options are suffice. Only the net pot method will allow you to get a more accurate measurement of spacing between plants

if you want novelty flavoured weed, you can put the flavour essence shit that you find in the baking aisle of the supermarket into your feed water...I think they are like 30 or 50ml bottles, and you add one bottle to 30gallons and use after the 5th week of flower. truethfully though, why not...

need more details before answering this, such as which form of hydro are you set up with, what was the root mass like on the rockwool, etc etc etc you cant just say I stuck a plant in a pot, will it grow? details are essential

yeah at one stage I was considering moving to Gavita 600, but the fact that you are pretty much limited to the Eco Tech globes sort of threw me off being not all shops carry gavita and so thought it would be a headache trying to get replacement globes if an accident should have happened.....tbh...
