If I leave it on my humidity levels will be way to low I have it running for 10 mins and they drop 25%

It's blowing air fine it's like a gale force wind when it's on lol

Would that be any good to control the humidity??

I've not got a fan controller at the moment I've ordered one so just waiting for it to arrive if I run my fan for 24/7 I'm going to struggle with the heat and humidity I'm growing under a led so my lights not kicking off a lot of heat and I run my fan for 5 mins and the humidity drops from 55%...

Also how often should I run my extraction fan I've been turning it on for 5-10 mins every hour is that enough or should I be doing it more often

I've got one oscalating fan in there would the temps and humidity fluctuations harm the plants in any way they go down when running the extraction fan but go back up when it's not running

I've got a extraction fan and carbon filter and a dehumidifier I run the fan for like 5 mins and the humidity goes from 55% into the 30s it does go back up into the 50s I was just wondering if such a big drop would harm my plants in any way
