I think everyone is missing the point that hes trying to do this on the cheap. He has a small tent. He could fill up bottles and freeze them and leave them all around the tent. It would take a lot of bottles and he would have to repeat the process everyday, but it could bring the temp down...

I agree, the cooling cost is too much. What I would do is get a small humidifier if your RH is low. Raising the RH will help cool a bit. Then, I would rig up a simple swamp cooler with a bucket, fan, and absorbent rag. This might get you down to a good 27°C, which is acceptable for most strains...

It's unfortunate that you bought the blurple lights now. With quantum boards taking the industry now, the blurples are gonna get phased out and the cost of them should free fall. I bet your Bestva 4000W will cost $200 in a year.
