When should i switch lighting time?!

You can veg them as long as you want. If you have the space, I'd go a little longer for a better yield. Just remember, if they are 3ft tall when you switch to 12/12, they will probably end somewhere around 4ft.

Week 1 of virgin grower how they look

They grew up! Que padre! I worry a bit because these are autos, but I've seen a few that look like mine after 2 weeks and a few that look a lot more impressive after 4 days. All genetics, I suppose, but I don't wanna stunt them out. Anyway, glad I found your post and thanks for the update!

Eventually minerals from hard water will build up and your soil will start repelling water. No bueno.

Either filter it with a BRITA or start using RO water. I get 5 gallon jugs from Walmarts Primo refill stations. Most walmarts have them in the water aisle. To refill my 5gal jug is less than 2 bucks. Shoot, I've gone in there and just filled up 5gal buckets! They dont seem to mind, you just tell...

What are you using for water? This looks more like residue from hard tap water to me. I suppose the vinegar would help either way though.

Overwatering is probably the most common. The roots are oxygen deprived and cells rupture due to oversaturation, the end result would be droopy, dry, papery leaves. You dont ever want your soil to be dusty, but it shouldnt be consistently soaked either. Rule of thumb is to water slowly and stop...

    Day 5 seedlings

Looks like one might not make it. Another seems to be doing very well. The other two are somewhere in between but there's new growth so I'm not worried yet. I expected them to be a little taller at this point, they're all only about an inch tall but roots are developing quickly and stems are...

    Are these amper trichomes?

High Times and the Internet I think is my source. I remember that after 70%, you start getting more CBD and less THC, resulting in the stuck-to-the-furniture type of high. Of course this was years ago so conventional wisdom may have changed and I'm sure different strains respond differently.

    Are these amper trichomes?

Was always told THC content was highest between 50-70%

    Are these amper trichomes?

I've always been told that you want around 60% of the pistils to mature and turn, then you know it's ready. Either that or 20% amber trichs.

My little tri-leaf is an overperformer so far

This little girl is developing new foliage twice as fast as my other 4. She's only 4 days old. What do you all think? High-producer? Hermie? Yawn?

    Hydro Outdoors SLH

They appear to be growing very nicely. Not sure about the specific strain. I recommend taking 3 or 4 water bottles, cleaning them up, filling them, freezing them, and tossing them into your reservoir every morning. They'll take up nutes better. You dont want it to make your water too cold, of...

    LEAVES TURNING RUSTY! Any help??

Yes! You shouldn't go below 6. I aim for 6.5 just so inaccuracies keeps me safe. Just water with 7pH water the next couple feeds and retest. This could have been your problem to begin with.

    Hydro Outdoors SLH

Probably from heat, either in the air or reservoir. It looks like a K- deficiency, but heat is probably more likely. Let it go and make sure you're using hydroguard or something for root protection in hot water. General rule of thumb is to clean and refill the reservoir after you've topped off...

    LEAVES TURNING RUSTY! Any help??

You can also get root rot at those temps so it couldnt hurt to buy a root guard of some kind. It will allow the plant to take up more nutes at that temp too. A cheap bottle will run you $10‐$20 and last you for probably more than a year if you only have 1 plant going at a time.
