I agree with you both to a degree. I am an MMAR PPL holder so i am as invested as anyone in this. I just really see our rights being preserved yet stricter regulations being implemented. If it is just a total victory and a free for all well then, call me wrong and let's get growing!

You would have had to submit to an inspection had the government bothered inspecting anyone under the MMAR. If you think you're going to be able to grow without any restrictions anymore well I don't think you've been paying much attention.

Random inspections! Fear will keep a lot of abusers more in check.

There will be a court ordered remedy I am hoping. Maybe the left outs will have to send in a photocopy of their production license and inform Health canada of their new address. Then hopefully they will mail out updated pinks.

And I can see actual inspections, which are sorely needed in my area.
