I got a 90 watt led i use to veg.Despite makers claims, i find watt for watt no real differance between hps and led. I hang my hps vert so i can get it near the plants without burning.The real advantage of led is the heat signature. 90 watts led =90 watts hps.IME.

BTW.poppy seeds tend to vary alot in potency from one batch to another.I find 100 gram too much recently.If you are stupid enuf to mix seeds with tablets you could OD.
