Weve actually been experiencing extreamily hot for the time temperatures riding in the mid eighties... Not saying its going to get hotter but the area it's located is almost always the same temperature year-round

I have a thermometer on the outside of the box as well, 66 degrees outside and now it is 82 in the box. I don't think it's getting any hotter then that.

So I upped the bill and bought a 6" inline fan, then I noticed it was causing one of my 120mm fans to spin in reverse, it needed that much intake and I guess I just didn't have enough, made the intake hole twice as big and it's still sucking like a champion... So the passive airflow seems to be...

Grr ok. 100$ was a little more pricey than I was hoping for but I suppose it needs to be done. Would a hydroponics store supply inline fans you think or is this gonna be an online order?

So I'm putting the 4" fan as exhaust and just having a passive intake?

So, if i make my light air cooled, and reduce the temperature to 75-80 we should be golden? Monitor the humidity and LST my plants? Is that all?

I'll try and upload some pics later, with the lights on in there it messes with my camera and creates these weird lines. I'll give it another go tomorrow and i'll probably turn this into an experimental grow journal. :hug:

Thanks for the post! :) i can make an air cooling chamber for the light thats not a problem and my choices are gonna be sharksbreath, trainwreck, and lemon cake. havent decided which but i can get sharks the quickest. :-o

With the light and the 2gallon pots I have there is still a safe 3foot gap for growth. And what if I made a heat guard with plexiglass?
