can i get an opinion from an experienced grower about this?

recoup from what? twisting the stem?........ i'm sure that the twisting of the stem has nothing to do with the growth stunt......

so if the light is too close the plant will not grow because it is satisfied?.......one more thing to note is that she (hopefully) is on a 24/0 light cycle......

that could also be the problem...... i have been keeping the lights REALLY close to the plant like 1cm away...... i heard that if you raise the light up that the plant will grow faster and stretch toward the light.....is this true?....... also to make the stem thicker i twisted the stem around...

this is my first grow and i am having a few problems......... my plany is now about 2 weeks 2days old and it has not grown in height at all in the last week and a half....... when i first planted it, it was growing like crazy for the first four days and then it just stopped, so i repotted it...
