How do you feminize seeds,is it only by the pollen or ?, and how do you know if you have a fem seed without going through a seed bank

Had a timer but was crap so I tossed it I turn lights off at 5:30 am when I leave for work and on again at 5:30 after im home manually at exact time just to make sure that there's more controls than variables, as far as looking droopy the pic was taken onto seconds after light was turned on so...

Ok I've had a few plants is the flowering stage for 3 .7 weeks ,3 weeks solid on 12/12 and about a couple days at 10/14 and no flowers ,pistils or sacks. Just keeps pumping out the stems and leaves.....wtf, so if anyone has had this issue please let me know how you fixed it cause im probably...

Alright will do,I did just take it off 48 hrs of darkness to attempt a jumpstart on the flowering,even then ....nothing,I'll give the 10/14 cycle ago and see what happens
