yea growing in fox farm ocean forest with 25% more perlite added, ive been letting em dry out before watering, and always water till 10-20% runoff to prevent salt buildup, checking ppm's of runoff, should i be filtering the runoff water through a coffee filter before i check ppm/ec of runoff...

Are they wired in series or parallel? 6.3a would prob mean parallel, how many chips are on the driver? not sure of your setup but check your wiring, is it possible you connected positive side of the wire to the negative terminal on the cob? or maybe connected the chip backwards on the ideal...
