So I let mine grow for one month in veg before topping them. IMO I think I waited to long. At that point they are tall. And I want short and bushy stumpy bitches that flourish. At the end of grow j want my plants no more than 60" tall give or take. Somewhere around 5'

When I move to larger pot I put the mykos in where the bottom of the plants roots are sitting on in new would and sprinkle around the edge as well.

Remember white is much better for this then the typical rolled silver backed insulation that most tents and shit come with or people put up on there walls in room. White thick poly with typically black backing.

From what I could tell the plants had some healthy roots and fungus build up from the mykos. Which from what I'm told and read is a very good thing. When I get more soil I'll be buying a bigger bag of mykos rather than the single packets. Want to mix in the right amount with an entire bag rather...
