im very close to harvest and then all these brown spots started showing up. my plant also down not smell good. quite bad actually. what could that mean?

the keif catcher on my grinder got screwed on wrong. now it jammed and i cant move it in both directinos a little before it stops. any help on how ican go about opening this? its full of keif now and i want to make some hash.
