Well I've grown with super soil, OLS, compost, and Miracle Grow...It all works just fine for whatever you want to grow, although I use mainly composted OLS/ROLS for my veggie garden...shit here's some super soil shots.... And here's some MG shots under CFLs 4 weeks into 12/12.... Looks good...

Well I'll tell you what, I used to use subs supersoil also, and I've tried all types of things including my compost pile for my outdoor girls (it can smell like cow shit out there)...they both smell bad but are good soils...a lot of people will dispute it saying it doesn't have the right stuff...

Nice :clap:...but the key words were...in the ground...most ground soil does not have enough natural nutrients in it, and will have to be supplemented with either chemical or organic nutes...peace...and I dig a hole about 2'x2' and fill with my own soil...maybe something to think about next time....

You need to get some nutes of an even ratio (IMO) like 7-7-7 NPK value and feed 1/4 strength at first, they will perk up fine. He gave all the details I needed.......outdoors right in the ground.........

Those lil white spots look like mites to me...check the underside of your leaves for small critters with a strong magnifying glass...

I grow with both HIDs and CFLs and CFLs are cheap and so is Miracle Grow soil, it will help you not fuck up...lol...I have used supersoil, and MG and this is a cheap CFL grow using MG soil...

I like the idea with the apples though...my wife makes a mean apple pie with graham cracker topping...mmmm...good for the munchies...and I grow all my good shit inside anyway... and the outdoor girls are starting now.......

Well I've read this whole thread and not one person recommended he add garden lime to his soil, pretty much PH worry free from there...I put 1/4 cup lime to a 5 gal pot of soil and mix it in real good, get it wet a few times (not soaked) and stir it around for a couple days before using and...
