Well we've been here for 7 years and the system is paid for, and sometimes with the 2 houses we get a small surge (Need more power) but the hydro will take care of it once it's finished...and in the long run I save about $500 to $750 a month, and that was just the old farm house, the new house...

I'm probably not the one to answer those questions. I had a company (Go Green Solar) come out and install a 15,000 watt system to the tune of $25k. They are also installing the turbines for my hydro-electric set-up, and running all the cable.
