Have an update. Still not showing signs of male but I managed to get some bulbs for a 100 watt florescent light fixture today and want to get some opinions about the bulbs o picked up today. I'll post a photo of the box they can in once someone replies.

I just started the 12/12 cycle about 5 days ago. it's 5 weeks old

I've always been under the assumption that when it has growth on the outside portion of the nodes near the pistols it's most likely a male. like a female usually starts new growth between the stock and the branch that emerges rather than on the sides like mine is doing. I'm trying to get...

if you look to the outside of the pistols you can see a little growth coming in. it seems bulbus to me
