i'm in my first cpl days of flowering, is it to late for me to top my plants?

I'm not flowering yet just veg, which is supposed to be closer to 60% right? how often would i need to change out water so it doesnt get moldy? thanks

what are some easy ways to increase humidity? my room is running arund 30%

My room is generally in the low 80's i have a fan sucking air through the light or its normaly close to 100. how do i get the room to cool down some more?

but with the Mh i could run it at 18/6 and keep my bills down. would i have to run it 24/0?

i know its not as good as MH for vegging, but i told my local i needed a 600w light sytem and didnt mention it was for vegging, nor did i look at any of the boxes till i got home. so... should i take it back and get the MH or am i ok running the HPS for vegging?
