Has anyone used pestkil rhododendron & rosebud dust to treat soil for bugs? says it kills aphid,thrips,whitefly and other pests. just wondering if its safe to use or not i havent seen any posts on it so i thought i would ask, any help would be much appreciated.

just googled it, neither of them seem to have sacs on them and both have 2 little pistil looking things, but they are green and not white, will the white piece come later?

I'm having problems determining the sex of my two plants. they are about 1 month old and due to a more northern latitude they are both stunted, but coming along nicely i think. This is my first grow and im learning as i go. Also i have about a 3 foot height restriction so i topped them both...
