you def. need a ppm meter you can`t always go by what the bottle saying you can pick up acheap one @ hydro shop or like another member said on ebay.but the ones on ebay don`t always come calabrated the grow shop in my town does it for you when you buy it.me my self i like the oakton they are...

no it won`t put them in shock. I been using rockwool 4ever,in 4+4 cubes i water every other day,i run nutes 1 week the next week tap water.so every other week they get nutes and don`t let the ppm`s go over 800,i like to stay around 700.so to me they are gettin over watered.try the every other...

buy 2 & double them up you won`t have that problem.I`ve used them for years.Good thing about rubber maids they are cheap.And if you buy the dark ones nothen grows in them.:weed:

Yes you can buy a 400 watt light with a switchable ballest that will run hps & mh bulbs all you have to do is flip the switch and change the bulb.and the are not that much more(cost ):leaf:
