Id go with 2x400's bc of the penetration of the hid's and with a scrog id imagine that would be helpful, as well as air cooled hoods so u can get the bulb closer to the canopy to utilize that intensity for the lower growth. I'm not knockin t5's as I have one myself but idk if id be one to go...
