but what i dont understand is why the change in hours of light whats it ment to do, if it puts stress on the plants i cant see the point ??? does any1 have any advice

some1 told me that in the last 3 wks be 4 harvest when the first hairs start to go brown you flush the plants out with just water till harvest, swop your light from 12 hrs to 14 hrs of light , your ment to get much better yield and the buds ment to tast better DOES ANYONE NO IF THIS IS...
