cut the bitch, grab the stem, and shake the shit outta it to loosen up the soil around the roots. that way, you wont need to use as much new soil for yer next grow. Correct me if im wrong please!

I do know that in winter, they usually go by the snow bieng melted off your roof (if in an elevated grow room), so if thats the case, try to keep it in the basement. Otherwise, yeah meter readers will get ya...if not them, then the power company will usually see a spike in the energy...
