Just tuck this pic now as iv just turned the light back on

Both really .. Iv got 2 new sets of leafs that are growing but only to the same size as thefirst 2 about an inch in size. II'm just overthinking I think. TThat I'll end up with loads of true sets of leafs but all the same size ( 1 inch )

My light cycle is 18/6 it doesnt seem to be getting bigger in length just more sets of true leafs does that matter or will it start getting bigger as time goes on ?

OK I will get another bulb tomorrow a low watt one. And no I'm using CFLs for now and when I get to flowering I will change to the 400/600watt HP's ??? Well yeah because iv seen other plants at 3 weeks old they look at lot bigger.. With being a first time grower iv done my research but with people saying do it this way and others saying do it that way I just don't really no who or what to believe in these different methods . its on its 4th set...

Yeah just normal tin foil.. Is that a issue or is it OK ? I think I'm on my 4th set of true leafs now but they look small .I'd say about a inch wide and the plants about 4/5inch in height. Adding the extra light will that be the same watt 103w 1250 lumens ?

When will I have to add other lights and how many do you no ? Same watt or.. I will send a pic of my set up let me know if its OK or not please
