Fox farm I water about every 3 to 4 days but since the last watering the bucket is still heavy after 3 days

My plant ( blue dream) is about 3 ft. And a couple of days ago it started slumping over everything on it still looks real healthy but it seem the stock is soft .is that an indication of rootrot?
