i take it that adding water in the bong when using the vaporstar doesnt matter cuz either way its a clean smoke right??

hey guys i just ordered a bong and a vaporstar.they say the vaporstar cleans about 95% of whatever bad and water bongs about 85%.should i fill my bong with water when using the vaporstar to get the cleaness hit? or just use the vaporstar with no water in the bong.i love smoking just dont want it...

tap water is cool.I've always used it and never had a problem.I sit it out in a open container for at least a day.
