eh if u got a home depot near you or lowes go there any general lighting store/hardware store carrys CFL's spiral are cooler i believe CFL's when used right = good grow decent yield etc

your leafs could be dropping from lack of water? if you have any pic's they would help us

use CFL's for veg and maybe to flower keep the light no more then 2 1/2 inches away from the top of the plant no more strechting i hear LED light sucks for bud

always cut any dead dying leafs the more shoots the more yield u top that plant?

if its broken in the middle of the stem trash it and start again

32watts to 42 watts and you will be fine

actually put them about 1 inch from the soil so the seeds sprout up quickly

eh wattage id go with 32 to 42 watts to start with and for veg

5 2 inches from the top of the plants

and a 1 CFL with light reflector

i have t-8 daylight simulation lights 32watt each im going to attempt to flower with them. Money is tight dont think i can afford a HPS at the moment :( or t-5's

i think its a differnt strain maybe sativa dunno they are taller then the more mature plants still bag seed i am thinking about getting some auto seeds less work ;) either lowryder #2 or auto kush/ak47

move the light closer bro you want your plants to have close nodes HPS should be 1-2 feet away floresent lights should be no higher then 1 to 3 inches away from the top of the plant Good Luck
