Well mathew. I believe otherwise, the grow room environment we are building will be equipped with several fans and a carbonfilter with another fan pumping out that room and transported into the aircondition ducting. also being added to the op will be a secondary stealth room grow box...

a good rule of thumb is to put your hand level with top of harvest if you hand is feeling uncomfortable then its to close move the light up. you want the heat were its just comfortably warm, what can also help is a fan exhaust attached to the light fixture keeping the light cool

i would probably go with a 600wat M.H. during vegging (im a 600watt fan) switch to 600Wat. HPS during flowing hydro farm 4 ft light track go with the home made CO2 thread for CO2 because this method works well with small personal ops. pick good nutrients. prefer organic soil and nutes...

heres the true question what is your budget i could help you with a good little set-up option and i would rec. you going with soil because obviuosly you have no prior knowledge
