Who's Got The Fostiest Buds? Let's See How Frosty A Bud Can Really Get?

Dinafem Cheese at 51 days and no flash. Probably 2 weeks left.

Help for a new grower =D

My 2 cents: If you have a full closet to grow in, get something larger than a 150w HPS. You'll wish you did. I have a 600w and wish that I'd gone for the 1000w. Get the most light that your space can accommodate. Even with a 150w, you'll probably need some ventilation if it's in a closet, so...

Day 51 PICS of Chocolope, Dinafem Cheese, Delahaze, and Buddha Tahoe

Scratch what I said earlier about a light rail having 100% positive reviews. I just read a bunch of reviews that were fairly critical of them. Sounds like they can increase yield but not necessarily increase grow area. Not saying I won't get one, but it may not be the best use of the funds.

Day 51 PICS of Chocolope, Dinafem Cheese, Delahaze, and Buddha Tahoe

Thanks! Indeed this is all from one 600 watt bulb. If I could go back in time I'd probably have gone with the 1000w, but the 600 is getting the job done. The ballast is made by Quantum. I think I'll be adding a light rail on the next grow - the reviews are 100% positive. May as well get the most...

Day 51 PICS of Chocolope, Dinafem Cheese, Delahaze, and Buddha Tahoe

Just realized that I made a mistake on the pics...the first pic that I posted, which I said was Chocolope, is actually Delahaze. Here's the shot of Chocolope I meant to post: She's the tallest of the bunch, and a real treat in every sense of the word.

Day 51 PICS of Chocolope, Dinafem Cheese, Delahaze, and Buddha Tahoe

Hey everyone, hope all is well with you and yours. I don't have the time to keep a detailed journal, but I did want to post a few pics of where I'm at right now, and also ask for some expert insight on one of the strains I'm currently growing. This is my 4th grow, so I'm not a rookie, but...

Help with CC Buddha Tahoe seedling! What's up with this thing?

Okay, so I popped 4 new seeds, and 3/4 are doing great, but unfortunately the Cali Connection Buddha Tahoe (incidentally the most expensive seed of the bunch) is struggling. Growing in FFOF, was using CFL's to veg until just recently transplanting into 5 gal airpots. Now they're all under...

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

Good god that is a frosty little bitch. I guess the sum of the parts is not always greater than the whole.

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

Damn, opinions are like assholes huh? Appreciate your experience, it just goes to show how much variation there is from one seed to the next, and how hard it is to have a predictable and consistent outcome when you're only growing one seed from a particular strain at a time. It seems that some...

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

Yup, that looks like straight up dank, and I've heard nothing but good things about Reserva Privada's strains. How long did you let that one go for? What was the stone like? Thanks for the photos. Looks like I'm just going to have to roll with the SSSDH as one of my strains. I have 2...

"Sleeper" strains: Which cheap/ strains turned out to be unexpectedly good?

I just harvested a G13 Pineapple Express at 10 weeks, and it was a beauty. The smell is awesome, it's not the strongest strain, but that's okay for certain occasions. Yield was great, over 4oz with a 25 day veg...one of 4 plants under a 600w. Healthy as hell, took nutes, pest resistant, and...

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

That Lemon Skunk is definitely going to be in my next order of seeds. So you think Super Silver is a knock off of SSSDH? Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Not a rhetorical question, btw. I don't have any experience growing haze...well, actually let me rephrase that...I didn't think I...

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

Interesting...what made it just OK? I'm intrigued by the chocolate thai heritage of this strain, but no reason to grow just an "OK" strain when I've got 7 others to choose from. Thanks for the heads up. There seems to be consensus re: the Delahaze making the cut. If you guys were going...

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

That's fucking awesome, and I commend you. Half the fun is not knowing what the hell is about to sprout out of the ground. However, I also like the idea of mixing and matching a few different highs and yielders...I think about it like wine - sure you may have a bunch of fire wine from amazing...

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

ha, see post I just wrote re: SSSDH. It's high on the list, but if I get jacked with 2 males I'm going to be short a plant in the flowering room. Hmmm...may have to roll the dice. So hard to decide, I want to grow them all!

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

Haha, funny how we're both working off the same freebies. I definitely hit that 420 special - cherry picked a bunch of different strains. Buddha Tahoe you say? Can you tell me a little more about her...how many weeks will it go, how was the stretch, how'd she like nuts? I really want to try...

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

I must admit, that shit was high on the list. I've seen some MASSIVE buds come off that plant, and the quality is supposed to be primo as well. You grown it?

What to grow next? Got 8 strains but only room for 4...Advice?

I've got one last plant in the flowering room that's finishing shortly, so it's time to pick out the next batch of plants. I've got 8 different strains to choose from, but only room for 4 in the room. Which 4 make the cut? Oh, the agony of deciding! My last 4 were Caramelo, Trainwreck...

I love Air Pots! Check out the pics of the root masses!

Good to hear differing experiences so thanks for chiming in. I've never grown in square pots, so I can't compare my growing experience. However, I agree re: the watering, it's definitely more of a task with airpots. However, after a few waterings you get the hang of it, and it became no big...
